Tegan: I got really drunk on new year’s and I insisted on carrying Sara around for like a half an hour. We don’t really like to touch generally but, uh…something about being twins…I feel like I’m touching myself and it’s weird. Cause, I mean…look! My arms are the same size. It’s like, when I touch her, that’s what it’s like for other people to touch me. That’s what I think about. Anyway, there’s video of it. If we were that kind of band we’d probably put it on the internet but we’re not, so. Very shy…
Yeah, I hold her for like a half an hour screaming, “She’s my sister! She’s my sister!”. And like over and over again. It’s obvious she’s visibly upset and uncomfortable with it, but uh… (x)
